DON'T WE TAKE GREAT PICTURES?

Updated: Mar 3, 2023

Photography is an art form! The reentry team loves to commemorate reentry events and happens with great photography. Here's how we do it.

Use the right camera settings

Take photos with better resolutions by changing your camera settings. For optimal photographs, set the resolution to 2560 x 1260. Keep in mind that large files may use more storage space so upload large images to cloud storage service or use an SD card.

Lighting-lighting-lighting!

Lighting is everything.

  • Ideally you want light pointing AT your subject and behind you.

  • Rooms with florescent lighting suck. Bring your own whenever possible for ultimate control. There are multiple options and most are not expensive.

  • Say what you want but outside of an DSLR camera, iPhones take amazing pictures and video. (Yeah....we said it.)

We hope you find these tips helpful.
